There was something oddly satisfying about the little things in life that she often failed to notice. The warm sun on a cold day and the fuzzy cuddles, hot food served on the plate, peaceful walks on the beach. The colours of sunset. Maybe happiness is just that simple, maybe these moments of awareness are all you really need. And, today as she took time to notice, a volcano of gratitude washed over her being and a smile erupted!

This marvellous made-in-heaven mul cotton saree in teal with beige tassels and Ghicha lines on the pallu and zari border is like a hug of comfort and prettiness, wouldn’t you agree?

This is a made-in-heaven mul saree with Ghicha lines on the pallu and zari border.
The mul cotton is what we call ‘made in heaven’ at Suta. Known in many parts of India as mul mul, the fabric is buttery soft, flowy and delicately beautiful. This fine 100% cotton weave of a fabric is extremely fluid! It is also very light and feels like second skin. It is also very practical as summer attire and dries easily in monsoons as well! With the right care, it becomes softer and softer with every wash and truly feels like a hug that wraps you in its love!
Ghicha silk is a unique kind of silk made from silk threads obtained from the cocoons of a specific kind of silkworm, in a similar way as Tussar, except that here the fibres are made of cocoons that do not get reeled for Tussar silk due to being pierced or cut. The Ghicha detailing on the pallu and zari border bring the drape alive and it radiates prettiness!
