- Booking Terms: The Participant agrees that the said participation is non-cancellable, non-transferable and confirms the payment of a non-refundable fee for a professionally styled photoshoot which includes studio lighting, styled backdrops, curated outfits, and other creative elements.
- Schedule: The Participant agrees to be available for a total of one (1) hour at the assigned date, time, and location as intimated by the Company which includes fifteen (15) minutes for styling and forty-five (45) minutes for the actual shoot. The Participant is expected to arrive at the shoot location alone but in case you plan to bring someone kindly notify us at least two (2) days in advance. The Company will not accommodate late arrivals or rescheduling. If we need to reschedule the shoot, we’ll notify you based on available slots.
- Retakes: Both the Participant and the Company can request for retakes, because we want you to love your final images.
- Outfit: We've handpicked a stylish selection of sarees and blouses, and you'll get to choose one saree and one blouse only from the options provided. Availability of the products is based on stock, and selections are limited to what’s offered by the Company.
- Product Handling: The provided products must be returned in original condition by the Participant. The Company will be conducting a quality check of the provided products and if there are any damage, stains, or alterations the Participant shall reimburse the full retail value of the product within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Your final images shall be shared only after the items have been inspected and confirmed to be free of any damages. Non-payment for damages will result in withholding or non-distribution of final content.
- Participant Responsibilities: All costs related to hair, makeup, jewellery, travel, and food are at the Participant’s own expense. Appearance must meet the Company’s aesthetic standards. The Company may request changes to styling during the shoot.
- Media Rights: All media created content shall have shared rights between the Participant and the Company. The Participant gives consent to the Company for usage of the media content across the Company’s website, social media, advertising, marketplaces, and other promotional channels, without further compensation.
- Content Delivery: Based on the service selected and fees paid, participants may receive either final edited images (upto 15) or both raw and edited content within forty-five (45) days from the date of shoot, this is subject to no damage to the products provided. Participants may share the content on personal social platforms with appropriate tagging of the Company’s official handle.
- Professional Conduct & Confidentiality: Participants must behave professionally and maintain confidentiality that is encountered during the shoot.
- Liability: We want this to be a smooth and enjoyable experience but the Company shall not be responsible or held liable under any circumstances for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or related to the shoot.
- Acknowledgement & Consent: By accepting the above-mentioned terms and conditions, I the Participant confirm and agree that I have read and understood these terms and acknowledge that they are final and legally binding on me. I further agree that on the day of the shoot, I will formally sign the same terms and conditions.
