Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

• Loyalty points cannot be redeemed during sale periods and are not combinable with any other offer codes or promotions.

• Points cannot be redeemed on already discounted products.

• 1 loyalty point is equivalent to ₹1.

• Points are earned at 1% of the order value calculated on the final payable amount before taxes, i.e., the amount a customer is expected to pay.

• A minimum of 100 points must be redeemed in a single transaction.

• There is no maximum limit on the number of points that can be redeemed per order.

• Points can be earned and redeemed across all channels, including website, app, and physical stores.

• Points will be credited to the customer’s account only after the return window has closed.

• The return window is 10 days from the date of delivery.

• Points earned on cancelled or returned orders (including partial returns) will be reversed proportionally.

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, after which they will expire and cannot be reinstated.

• Points are non-transferable, cannot be combined across accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The loyalty program is applicable only to registered users.

• The company reserves the right to revoke points or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of the program.

• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program and its terms with reasonable prior notice.

• The loyalty program is only applicable for customers residing in India.
