What You will Recieve: 1 Saree

Shed never forget Shanaya. From the moment she first walked into the classroom, her curly hair brushed into an almost angelic halo, Meera knew that Shanaya was special. She had this almost cherubic way about her, and an innocence that sparkled in her deep grey eyes. But what captivated her the most was the way Shanayas mind worked. She seemed to live in a parallel dimension, dreaming up new worlds and new adventures that they could embark on, together. That friendship had been short-lived, but it taught Meera a valuable lesson in owning your individuality, with all its quirks. From Shanaya, she learned to live each day to its fullest, and to make each moment count. And, in doing so, she would go on to create so many beautiful memories that were her lifes truest treasures.

Live life to its fullest when you wear this elegant red handloom Jamdani saree.

Jamdani is an incredibly intricate weaving technique. Each motif is inlaid into the fabric using a supplementary weft technique. Here, extra weft threads, often denser than the base, are added using individual spools while weaving. This technique makes the motifs appear as though they are floating on the fluid cotton fabric. Jamdani weaving is highly time intensive and it takes anywhere between several weeks to months to weave one saree. It is indeed a labour of love.
