Return policy for Dil-wali sale on website from 3rd Oct to 10th Oct 2024
1. Credit note will be issued for the return products purchased during sale.
2. No refund and No exchange will be allowed.
3. Clearance sale is excluded from this sale.

Return and Exchange policy for domestic orders. w.e.f - 14th August 2024
Return Policy:
1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order. Request here.
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
4. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged or Store credit can be issued.

6. Purchase Location:
- Item purchased at our retail store can be returned for store credit only.
- Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
7. Credit Note:
- The credit note issued will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
- If you do opt for a credit note, you cannot en-cash it.

- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
Exchange Policy: w.e.f - 14th August 2024
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the order. Request here.
2. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
3. Payment: The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on delivery is not available for these orders.
4. Delivery: Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange:
- If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no cost.
- If exchanging for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid; if the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.
- Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.
Refund Policy:
1. Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Suta's quality check.
2. Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.
3. Exceptions: Products bought during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the Suta team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.

International Orders:
• Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any queries, please contact us at returns@suta.in.
• If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• If a defective product is received, contact us immediately at returns@suta.in with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide either a credit notes or a refund for the defective product after investigation; no replacement will be sent.
