I ordered a basic Kattha blouse (size M) sometime back and loved it. So this time I ordered a basic skin and black in the same size. The basic black is fine but the basic skin is a disaster! It doesn't have a good fit at all. Bumps at all the wrong places, unevenly placed pads etc etc. It looks very cheap when I wear it. The material is the only saving grace and hence the 2 stars instead of the one star this blouse deserves! This review is late in coming since I live abroad. The clothes were delivered to my Indian address and my mom couriered them to me. I wouldn't and shouldn't complain if I had blindly ordered something online and it didn't fit me. But that isn't the case here. I ordered 2 blouses this time since the first one from the same series was a hit! Suta is a brand name that holds out a promise...and the promise was broken with this piece I received. I am looking forward to see a response from you on how you propose to address this issue. I am an international customer, so sending this piece back to you through courier is not an economical option for me and really doesn't make sense if you compare the cost of the courier to the cost of the blouse. So kindly propose a solution. This blouse fitting is beyond redemption so going to a tailor for repairs doesn't make sense..even if you assume I can find someone here who knows Indian clothes. If you see the history of my purchases, you will see that I am a genuine customer and not someone out to fleece you or out to get freebies. I am genuinely upset with this blouse ...especially since I had such high hopes on it. Kindly get back to me at the earliest.
