- Dil-wali sale (3rd–15th October 2026): All products purchased during the sale are eligible for exchange only. Returns will be issued in the form of a gift card.
- Dil-wali Sale Extension (16th–18th October 2026) : For products purchased under the Up to 60% off offer, only exchanges are permitted, and returns will be issued in the form of a gift card.
Products purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 offer are not eligible for returns, refunds, gift cards, or exchanges. - We offer a hassle-free 10-days (from the date of delivery) return and exchange for products bought at MRP. Only exchange (same or higher value of any product) requests will be accepted for products bought during sales or at discounted prices.
