My exams had just ended and I was excited for my upcoming vacation. As usual, my mother was keen for me to help her clean the house, and I was happy to oblige her. Viscose modal is a blend of two semi-synthetic fabrics, namely viscose and modal. Viscose is a type of rayon, which is also known as artificial silk. It mainly comprises regenerated cellulose that comes from wood pulp and other agricultural sources. Modal is derived from the pulp of beech tree. A combination of both these fabrics ensures that the resultant fabric is soft, breathable, lightweight, durable, and has excellent colour retention, absorbent and elasticity.
