The quality of cloth used was very bad. It got torn in 2 hrs the way any old cotton cloth does. Raised this issue with Suta team but reply was since it has happened post you wearing it, we cant do anything. And our quality team is saying there cannot be any issue from our side.

But the basic logic is that the quality of cloth can be vouched only after wearing it.
I have nt even washed the cloth yet.
Have the confidence to call for the product back and check first rather than giving random answers
