What You will Recieve: 1 Saree

In the midst of life's chaos, her presence was as calming and enduring as jade. She exuded an aura of serenity and grace that could soothe even the most turbulent storms. Her essence was like the cool touch of jade against warm skin, a reminder of the tranquillity that resided within. Her eyes held a timeless wisdom, and each glance was a window into the depths of her soul, revealing a wellspring of compassion and understanding. Much like the jade’s intricate patterns, her spirit was beautifully complex, while her resilience was unyielding. And that’s why, perhaps, they said she cast a spell on everyone she met.

Cast your green spell when you wear this shimmering green Chanderi saree that’s made of pure silk and zari, and embellished with dainty embroidered lace.

The Chanderi fabric, which combines pure silk on the warp and zari on the weft, radiates light from within and stands out in the most delicate way. The sarees are painstakingly handwoven, with master weavers dedicating a few days to each piece. In fact, the tradition of Chanderi weaving dates back to the 13th century. In the 1350s, Kosthi weavers migrated to Chanderi, a town in Madhya Pradesh, from Jhansi, from where they propagated this weave. It is said that the royals of several dynasties famously favoured Chanderi fabrics for their richness and utility in the searing hot summers of the plains. Suta has further added to the festive allure of the fabric with delicate embroidered lace embellishments.
