I am deeply disappointed. My experience has been strange! I have made many a purchases at Suta, but this time I'm surprised by the customer support . I wrote a mail to Suta asking if XS sizes can differ because I have always ordered XS size blouses and they always fit perfectly. But this one was larger and ill fitting. So i was asked to send photos of my other blouses and this Lakeer blouse matched with an inch tape, by a Ms Nabamita. She also gave me a ticket no- Ticket Number: 6720017369005. I painstakingly measured, clicked photos and sent details and proof of how the Lakeer blouse was bigger . Next, I recieved an email saying my ticket has been closed. No explanation, no solution , no response even. Why start a conversation, which you aren't interested in addressing. Why waste my time? I expected better from Suta.

Pumped about it pairing this with every saree i own! First time ordering from suta and it was a big risk because I live in the US and it would be hard to exchange or get them tailored. I’ve gotten so many compliments on this blouse. It’s really beautiful. Unfortunately my size is such that I need an XL for the cups, but then the bust size is huuuugggeeee. Had to tighten it by 6 inches! I left the sleeves loose though. Since the blouse is somewhat stiff, I like the way the sleeves stand up at the shoulders.
