We have a customer friendly Cancellation and Refund policy.

Domestic Orders:

Cancellation Policy :
      1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before you order is shipped. You can request your order cancelation through the link mentioned below https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ifxr9cpCjphTFQbfepTNPHifST4rIontsQlE4LynOJM/edit
      2. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount .
      3. If you cancel the order after it is shipped the shipping charges would be non refundable.
      4. If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In case there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us. We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at info@suta.in
      5. If you do not like the product, do let us know within 24-48 hours by raising a return or exchange request .
    Return Policy:
      1. Customers have to self ship the product in case they would want to return it. We do not have reverse pick up available.
      2. Products have to be well packed with your order number and name on the package or inside the package.
      3. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at info@suta.in mentioning your Order ID.
      4. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
      5. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
      6. If you do not like the product, you will have to inform us within 24 - 48 hours by  raising a return request through the link  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ifxr9cpCjphTFQbfepTNPHifST4rIontsQlE4LynOJM/edit  and ship the product back to us within a week. The product has to be delivered within 10 days.
      7. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request  within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 15 days ) the refund would be made only as credit note .
      8. No return and exchange request would be accepted , if the return/exchange request is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
      9. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
      10. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received.
      11. A maximum of 150 INR only would be refunded for reverse shipping .

    Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
    shall not be eligible for Return or Replacement, viz:
    1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product .
    2. If the saree has fall and edging .
    3. If the product is customised for you .
    4. If the Return or Exchange is raised after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 
      Exchange Policy:
          1. You have to raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through . Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.           2. Customers have to self ship the product and a maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping. 
          3. The product has to be shipped within a week and should be well packed with your order number and name on or inside the package.
          4. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.
          5. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised for you.
          6. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
          7. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount , we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.

      International Orders:

      1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
      2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
      3. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 15 days . The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer
      4. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
      5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
      6. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at info@suta.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
      7. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
