We have a customer friendly cancellation and refund policy.
Domestic Orders:Cancellation Policy :
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order, by clicking on the link- https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScc0gw7slOx114W3wbSM9lEpv-K24I2TVUGqsLhB5fn52CGYA/viewform
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount .
- If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement : In case there are defects found in the product, you can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us .We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at email@example.com
- If you do not like the product, do let us know within 24-48 hours once delivered. Reverse pick up will done from your doorstep.
- In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 15 days) we would be only able to give you a credit note and no refund would be made.
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID.
- We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Items without the original tags will not be accepted
- Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
- If you do not like the product, you will have to inform us within 24 - 48 hours at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScc0gw7slOx114W3wbSM9lEpv-K24I2TVUGqsLhB5fn52CGYA/viewform and ship it back to us within a week. Please note Suta will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep
- In case due to certain circumstances you were unable to return the shipment within the time frame (if its more than 30 days), there would be no refund made. Only a credit note for the product would be given
- Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
- Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product received
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
- If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
- If the product is customized for you
- You can then ship the product back to us within a weeks time.Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within
- 5-7 working days. Please note Suta will arrange for the pick up from your door step
- Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
- If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount
of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order
and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
- If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount , we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the
balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for
the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.

- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at email@example.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
