1. Creative Head:

We are looking for a creative head to lead the creative team in our Mumbai office, who has a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.
  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for varied audiences.
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape.
  • Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.


Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience, with 3 or more years as a creative Head in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience in – Adobe tools (Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premier Pro etc), Canva, Da Vinci Resolve
  • Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns — from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget.
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
  • Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.
  • Strong & witty creative vision, with an eye on business objectives. Ability to be able to handle & innovate in the ever-evolving market.

2. Retail Marketing Specialist 

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Retail Marketing Specialist with 2–3
years of experience to drive in-store marketing initiatives, improve customer footfall, and
strengthen brand presence across retail locations. This role bridges brand strategy and on-
ground execution to deliver consistent and impactful retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
•     Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to drive store traffic, sales, and customer
engagement
•     Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of in-
store promotions and visual merchandising
•     Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) including signage, displays, standees, flyers,
and in-store branding
•     Support new store launches, store refurbishments, and seasonal campaigns
•     Work closely with central marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align retail
initiatives with brand objectives
•     Track and analyze store-level performance metrics such as footfall, conversion rates,
and campaign ROI
•     Manage vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, logistics, and installations
•     Monitor competitor activities and retail trends to identify improvement opportunities
•     Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints

Required Qualifications:
•     2–3 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Store Marketing
•    Strong understanding of offline marketing and in-store consumer behavior
•     Experience working with retail operations, franchise partners, or field teams
•     Excellent coordination, communication, and execution skills
•     Ability to manage multiple stores, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
•     Basic analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness
•     Willingness to travel to retail locations as required

Preferred Qualifications:
•     Experience in multi-brand retail, D2C offline expansion, FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle brands
•     Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
•     Familiarity with CRM or loyalty programs
•     Experience managing regional or national retail campaigns
•     Understanding of local marketing and BTL activities

3. E-commerce Data Analyst

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented E-commerce Data Analyst with around 2 years of hands-on experience to support data-driven decision-making across our online business. The role requires strong expertise in Shopify Analytics, Excel, and the ability to deep-dive into Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads data to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyse overall e-commerce performance using Shopify Analytics

•    Track and report key metrics including sales performance, product trends, bestsellers, conversion rates, customer behaviour, and inventory movement

•    Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

•    Perform deep-dive analysis using Meta Ads Manager to evaluate campaign, ad set, and creative-level performance

•    Correlate paid media performance with on-site behaviour and revenue outcomes

•    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene of data across reports

•    Identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities using historical and ongoing data

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    ~2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce / D2C

•    Strong proficiency in Shopify Analytics

•    Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleaning)

•    Solid understanding of e-commerce and performance metrics

•    Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

•    Ability to convert data into clear, business-ready insights

Good to Have (Big Plus)
•    Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager

•    Strong understanding of paid media metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and attribution

•    Experience working with large datasets

•    Familiarity with additional analytics or reporting tools

Job description: Customer Styling and Sales Support, Offline Retail Sales, Customer Experience and Relationship Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design, Styling, Retail Management, 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail sales, styling, or customer consulting. Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or omnichannel retail is an advantage.

6. Store Manager:

Job description: Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Lead, train, and motivate store staff to improve performance. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership and people management skills
Sales-driven and customer-focused approach Graduate in any discipline (Retail / Fashion background preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail

7. International B2B Sales & Key Account Manager:

Job description: Identify and evaluate potential international markets, Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy, proactively generate leads 
Build, nurture, and expand relationships with key accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international B2B sales or key account management.
