We are looking for a Customer Support Manager!

Job description:
As a customer support manager you would be part of our pre and post sale support team . Acting as the the first line of response to our customers (sutaqueens) worldwide, by understanding our Suta language, you would communicate in an open , helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution for each customer .
You would connect with our customers to address their questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as phone , mails and social media. You would also be working along with the operations team to resolve customer concerns and serve as an ambassador for SUTA!
