1. Legal Executive:

We are looking for a Legal Executive to support the legal and compliance functions of our e-commerce business. This role is ideal for a motivated law graduate who is eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to contracts, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations in a fast-growing digital business.

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Contract Support
•    Assist in drafting and reviewing basic commercial documents such as:
•    NDAs
•    Vendor and service agreements
•    Seller onboarding documents
•    Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentation.
•    Support senior legal team members in contract negotiations and execution.


Compliance Assistance
•    Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws, including:

Consumer & Operational Legal Support

2. Creative Head:

We are looking for a creative head to lead the creative team in our Mumbai office, who has a natural eye for design and be a prolific generator of dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.
  • Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
  • Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for varied audiences.
  • Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape.
  • Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience, with 3 or more years as a creative Head in an agency or corporate setting.

3. Performance Marketing:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who will oversee the strategic direction of multiple performance marketing channels. The digital projects you will be managing include online promotions and display advertising, content production, web building and design, and social media initiatives.
 
Job Responsibilities:
-

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan. Develop & manage digital prospecting & remarketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
  • Implement A/B testing & conversion rate optimization.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  • Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Collaborate with the rest of our team (creative & content) to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist with 2 years of experience to help build, manage, and scale influencer partnerships across social platforms. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through authentic creator collaborations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•     Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and content
 partners across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
•     Plan and execute influencer campaigns from brief to launch, including product
 seeding, paid collaborations, and long-term partnerships
•     Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and pricing with influencers and agencies
 •    Collaborate with Brand, Content, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams to
 align campaigns with business goals
 •    Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR,
 conversions, and ROI
•     Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and compliance

5. Retail Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Retail Marketing Specialist with 2–3
years of experience to drive in-store marketing initiatives, improve customer footfall, and
strengthen brand presence across retail locations. This role bridges brand strategy and on-
ground execution to deliver consistent and impactful retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
•     Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to drive store traffic, sales, and customer
engagement
•     Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of in-
store promotions and visual merchandising
•     Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) including signage, displays, standees, flyers,
and in-store branding
•     Support new store launches, store refurbishments, and seasonal campaigns
•     Work closely with central marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to align retail
initiatives with brand objectives
•     Track and analyze store-level performance metrics such as footfall, conversion rates,
and campaign ROI
•     Manage vendor coordination for printing, fabrication, logistics, and installations
•     Monitor competitor activities and retail trends to identify improvement opportunities
•     Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints

Required Qualifications:
•     2–3 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Store Marketing

6. E-commerce Data Analyst

We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented E-commerce Data Analyst with around 2 years of hands-on experience to support data-driven decision-making across our online business. The role requires strong expertise in Shopify Analytics, Excel, and the ability to deep-dive into Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads data to derive actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Analyse overall e-commerce performance using Shopify Analytics

•    Track and report key metrics including sales performance, product trends, bestsellers, conversion rates, customer behaviour, and inventory movement

•    Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

•    Perform deep-dive analysis using Meta Ads Manager to evaluate campaign, ad set, and creative-level performance

•    Correlate paid media performance with on-site behaviour and revenue outcomes

•    Ensure accuracy, consistency, and hygiene of data across reports

•    Identify trends, gaps, and optimisation opportunities using historical and ongoing data

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    ~2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce / D2C

•    Strong proficiency in Shopify Analytics

•    Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleaning)
