1. Associate Product Manager - E-commerce

Job Summary: The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce operations on Shopify. This role involves improving conversion rates, collaborating with creative and performance marketing teams to develop landing pages, collection pages, and enhancing the overall website user experience (UX). The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an intuitive and seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Experience requirement -

  • 1-3 year
  • Should be graduate, preference if postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform, ensuring smooth functionality, product updates, and maintenance.
  • Manage product listings, inventory updates, and pricing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement changes, including adding new features or fixing bugs.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
  • Analyze customer behavior on the website and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across various touchpoints.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize landing pages, collection pages, and checkout processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bounce rates, cart abandonment, and session duration to provide actionable insights.

Landing Page and Collection Page Development:
  • Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to design and optimize landing and collection pages for campaigns and product promotions.
  • Ensure landing pages are mobile-responsive and aligned with the brand's aesthetics and user experience guidelines.
  • Utilize Shopify themes and apps to customize the online store experience based on customer needs.

Website User Experience (UX) Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate the website's user journey, identifying pain points and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve site navigation, product discovery, and overall user satisfaction.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform website updates and improvements.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
  • Liaise with the creative, performance marketing, and development teams to ensure that the website aligns with marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve any website-related issues impacting customer experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and heat mapping tools.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, customer behavior) and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Project Management:
  • Assist in the management of e-commerce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure stakeholders are informed about progress.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, website optimization, and conversion rate best practices.
  • Experience working with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices for improving online user experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, website personalization, and optimization tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Shopify theme customization, liquid coding, or third-party app integrations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads and SEO.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with developers and designers.

2. Assistant Brand Manager - E-commerce

Job Summary: The Assistant Brand Manager will support the brand’s overall marketing strategies with a focus on managing operations for creatives and content across paid ads, social media, branding campaigns, and influencer marketing. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a creative eye. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, while driving innovative ideas that engage and grow our customer base.

Experience requirement -

  • 0-1 year
  • Should be graduate, preference if postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

Creative and Content Management:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for paid advertisements, social media, branding campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure that all creative assets align with the brand’s visual and messaging guidelines.
  • Coordinate content creation and manage the content calendar to ensure timely and accurate execution across channels.

 
Paid ads optimization for Meta Ads, Google Ads, website banners

  • Provide recommendations based on campaign analytics to optimize creative performance and messaging.

    Influencer Marketing:
    • Support in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to amplify brand campaigns.
    • Track influencer performance and ensure content delivered aligns with brand standards.


    Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Work closely with teams such as product development, customer service, and sales to ensure that branding strategies align with business goals.

      Data Analysis and Reporting:
      • Monitor and report on the performance of all campaigns (organic and paid) through key metrics such as ROI, engagement, conversion rates, etc.
      • Provide insights and actionable strategies to improve future campaigns.


      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
      • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role (preferably within e-commerce).
      • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
      • A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
      • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and social media management platforms.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency in using data and analytics to guide marketing decisions.
      • Knowledge of influencer marketing and current social media trends.

      Preferred Skills:

      • Experience working with creative agencies and influencers.
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
      • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

      3. Retail Store Operation Manager

       Job Responsibilities: 

       Daily Operations Management:

      • Supervise and coordinate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
      • Manage and support store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

       

       Sales and Target Achievement:

      • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
      • Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

       Inventory Management:

      • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
      • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.

       Customer Service:

      • Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
      • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.

       Financial Management:

      • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
      • Prepare and manage store budgets and financial reports.

       Compliance and Standards:

      • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
      • Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

       Team Leadership:

      • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
      • Lead by example and cultivate a high-performance team culture.

       

       Qualifications:

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or related field.
      • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably with a fashion brand.

      Skills:

      • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
      • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting.
      • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

      4. Supply Chain Manager

        Responsibilities

      • Create the company’s supply chain strategy
      • Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
      • Evaluate and report on KPIs
      • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
      • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
      • Train and guide employees
      • Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
      • Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
      • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
      • Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
      • Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
      • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

       

        Requirements and skills

      • Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
      • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
      • Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP, MM, ERP software)

      5. Assistant Manager - Inventory (Marketplace)

      • 3 Years or more work experience in Inventory Management
      • ⁠Work with ease on Excel/ G sheets
      • ⁠Good English communication skills to communicate with team and write emails
      • ⁠Should be able to work in teams and lead team
      • Fair knowledge of Inventory Management systems and OMS (Order Mgt System- Unicommerce)
      • Should be working from On-site (Kalina Office)
      • Preferably Male employee- since the work entails lifting goods and some amount of Physical tasks

      6. Picker and Packer

        Responsibilities:

      • Picking & Packing for Orders to customers
      • Verify product has been completed according to customer specifications.
      • Final Dispatch Verification.
      • Record daily productivity, including completion of all Customer information sheets.
      • Placing of receipted goods into correct locations
      • Goods-Receiving Inspection
      • To perform weekly and monthly stock audits

      7. Marketing Manager (App Growth)

        Responsibilities:

      • Work in tandem with Appbrew to improve customer experience on Suta App.
      • Conduct A/B test on any feature development or changes done on Suta App.
      • Promote the app across multiple existing channels (social media, WhatsApp, email) for awareness among the Suta customer base & run paid ads (FB, Insta & Google) for potential new customers on the app.
      • An excellent understanding of the different App stores and their processes/policies.
      • Monitoring and tracking app store rankings using the latest analytic tracking tools.
      • Always up to date with the latest trends in marketing and ASO.
      • Ability to work in a team and autonomously in a self-directed manner.
      • Optimising conversion rates for app downloads by utilizing various content and visual tools.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Should be app savvy and well acquainted with the iOS app store and Android Play store.
      • Proven expertise in developing and optimizing Shopify stores, including custom theme design, app integration, and performance enhancement.
